J Paul Stevenson- CEO

Mr. Stevenson has been the principal of J. Paul Stevenson & Associates from 1996 to date. He was the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. from 1996 to 2005. Paul has been a leader in relationship building between Aboriginals and the mining industry for the last decade. Mr. Stevenson has been prospecting since the late 60’s and involved in all aspects of mineral exploration and development.

Christopher J. Sampson- President, Director and Qualified Person (43-101)

Mr. Sampson has been the President of Sampson Engineering Inc. from 1981 to date. He is Vice-President Explorations of Coral Gold Resources Ltd. He is a former director of Rock Resources Inc., Admiral Bay Resources Inc. and Bralorne Pioneer Gold Mines Ltd.. He was a director and President of Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. from 1996 to 2005. He has been a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since 1974. He has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree from Imperial College (1966).

J. Allan Hilton - Director

Mr. Hilton has been the President of Hiltec Exploration & Development from 1979 to date. Mr. Hilton was a director of Pacific Booker Minerals Ltd. From 1993 – 1995, and was a director of Consolidated Logan Mines Ltd. from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Hilton is also credited with the discovery of the Samatosum Mine which was a past producing mine.

Shelley Hallock Director

Ms. Hallock is semi-retired. She was a director of Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. from 1995 to 2005. Her interest in mineral exploration spans several decades and started with work done for LUC Syndicate. She also has an interest in corporate governance and responsibility. Shelley has extensive knowledge in the area of print media, having been the publisher of the Caledonia Courier in Fort St. James during a fifteen year career in the newspaper industry.
